2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Qalizer platform.
To authenticate you and protect your account.
To send transactional emails (test alerts, account confirmation).
To analyse aggregated, anonymised usage patterns and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, database) under data processing agreements.
AI service providers used for test generation (only page content you explicitly add to Qalizer).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page, which triggers deletion of all associated data within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
