Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Qalizer platform operated by Qalizer (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Qalizer, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them.

2. Description of Service

Qalizer provides an automated quality assurance platform including site crawling, AI-powered test generation, scenario recording and replay, visual regression testing, liveness monitoring, and reporting tools (the “Service”).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to test websites you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.
Upload malicious content, run DoS attacks, or abuse the AI generation system.
Resell or sublicence the Service without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Qalizer platform, including its code, UI, and branding, is owned by Qalizer and protected by applicable IP laws. Your test data and configurations remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Credits and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for damages resulting from reliance on test results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qalizer’s aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with or without notice. You may cancel at any time from your Profile settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Košice, Slovakia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email for material changes.
